On the morning of April 12, 2024, Managing Partner Hoang Nguyen Ha Quyen participated in providing expert opinions for the Preliminary Session of the 2024 Investment Legal Support Forum on the theme “Investment through Public – Private Partnership (PPP) method under the new context of HCMC”. The Preliminary Session was conducted to gather input from experts, Business Associations, and relevant investors on two main topics: Selecting the type of PPP contract and requirements for balancing interests between parties in the contract; Enhancing the role of the private sector to improve the efficient operation of PPP projects in Ho Chi Minh City.

This activity aimed to gather information for the Plenary Session of the 2024 Investment Legal Support Forum that will take place on April 12, 2024 in HCMC, organized by VIAC in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center.
