LNT & Partners closed 2017 with GES Training (The Globalized Era Scholarship) for talented legal students in Vietnam, conducted by LNT Partner Bui Ngoc Hong. The session was about Deal Structuring for M&A and cross-border transactions, considered one of the most difficult topics for new trainees.

Through such training, LNT’s trainees learn more about the practical aspects of corporate law, thereby able to begin the new year excited and more knowledgeable in 2018.
