Last week, Lawyer Le Net gave a key presentation on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts at a seminar focusing on private companies getting involved in managing Vietnam's municipal solid waste (MSW). The seminar was organized together by the Institute of Strategy, Policy on Natural Resources and Environment and the World Bank.
