In recent years, Vietnam has seen an increase in the use of alternative methods to resolve commercial disputes outside of court. At the same time, Vietnam's legal and policy framework for commercial dispute resolution has also been gradually improved.

In order to provide the necessary knowledge and skills as well as to satisfy the practical needs of companies and businesses in Dong Nai province, from 08 September to 09 September 2022, the Bar Association of Dong Nai province cooperated with Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) and Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC) to organize a training workshop followed by a conference for the development of out-of-court dispute resolution. At the event, our Managing Partner Quyen Hoang shared her knowledge and experience on the commercial dispute resolution procedures by mediation and arbitration.
