On the morning of May 13, LNT & Partners was honored to be one of the panelist of the Professional Training Course for Lawyers in 2023 organized by the Vinh Phuc Bar Association with the participation of nearly 300 lawyers from the provinces such as Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Lang Son and Dong Nai... During the training session, LNT & Partners and speakers presented their panels on the following topics: (1) Common issues of ethical rules and professional conduct of lawyers - Practice in Vietnam and international experiences; and (2) Litigation skills of lawyers in civil cases. The training course also provided ample time for participants to exchange and share experiences from local practices, thereby enhancing their professional skills and protecting clients' legitimate rights and interests.
