On 15 March 2024, United Overseas Bank Vietnam (UOB Vietnam) and LNT & Partners co-organized the Seminar "Opportunities Outlook for FDI investment into Vietnam - Market Intelligence and Regulations".

At the Seminar, speakers from UOB Vietnam shared their insights on Vietnam macroeconomics, exploring investment opportunities and challenges of doing business in Vietnam and how to invest in Vietnam. Partner Le Net and Partner Nguyen Van Tuan from LNT & Partners also contributed with presentations on relevant legal aspects, highlighting notable issues, such as investment forms, restrictions and requirements for foreign investors.

The conference was also particularly honored to have Ms Trinh Thuy Hang, Senior Officer from Ministry of Planning and Investment, engage in the Q&A session addressing the concerns of foreign investors.
