Congratulations to the winner - H2T team from Hanoi University of Law and other teams who have presented their best on VMoot – the 2021 Vietnamese Moot Court Competition. LNT & Partners is honored to be a sponsor for the competition this year and join the board of judges with the participation of our partners Net Le and Tuan Nguyen.

The moot court competition is an inter-law school event designed to allow law students to put their studies into practice. Competitors are given the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in the role of a lawyer before the tribunal to protect legitimate rights and interests of the parties. This year also marks its 5th anniversary and the first time the competition has been conducted online with the participation of distinguished guests and students.

Cuộc thi Phiên tòa giả định là sân chơi học thuật phổ biến rộng rãi trên thế giới, nơi sinh viên luật có cơ hội tranh tụng trong vai trò một luật sư thực thụ, bảo vệ cho quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của các bên trước Hội đồng trọng tài. Năm nay cũng kỷ niệm 5 năm cuộc thi được tổ chức và cũng là lần đầu tiên Vmoot được chuyển đổi sang hình thức trực tuyến nhưng vẫn giữ được sức hút và chất lượng.
