The latest edition of The Legal 500: Merger Control Country Comparative Guide, one of a series of publications providing an overview of merger control laws and regulations across a variety of jurisdictions, is now live.

Our Partner Nguyen Anh Tuan contributed the Vietnam chapter to the just published publication. He was joined in collaboration by associates Tran Hai Thinh and Tran Hoang My.
