Ms. Ho My Ky Tan is an associate in the Corporate and M&A team of LNT’s Ho Chi Minh City office. Tan obtained a Bachelor of Laws in Vietnam and a Graduate Diploma in Law in the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining the firm, Tan practiced as a junior associate in reputable local and international law firms with a focus on corporate governance, M&A, renewable energy and foreign investment.

Conducted legal due diligence for the proposed acquisitions of several systems of kindergartens in Ho Chi Minh City;
Conducted legal due diligence for the acquisitions of wind and solar power projects in Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan;
Conducted legal due diligence for the proposed acquisitions in relation to a stone mining project in Dong Nai and a four star hotel in Vung Tau;
Advised clients on restructuring plans, offshore investment and offshore ESOP;
Drafted transactional documents, e.g. SSA, SPA, loan agreement, etc. for the purpose of M&A deals;
Assisted the client in a construction dispute at arbitration (FCCA);
Advised Spanish and Japanese clients on cybersecurity and data protection issues;
Provided retainer legal services to several Vietnam-based companies, e.g. reviewing contracts, advising on force majeure events given the Covid-19 pandemic, etc.;
Advised and assisted clients on licensing procedures in different sectors.
