Advise several public companies on offshore investment and forex transactions;
Advise corporate compliance, public announcement, and other legal matters for public company;
Advise a bank on establishing an insurance company at the Ministry of Finance;
Draft and review distribution agreement for FIEs to set up wholesale systems and retail stores in the Vietnam FMCG field;
Advise leading advertising agency subsidiaries of Japan on legal, tax, commercial, IP strategy for their promotion and advertising campaigns;
Advise one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Vietnam on their commercial and corporate matters such as consumer protection regulations, platform policy, advertising, restructuring plan to establish a global management model for funding, and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) scheme;
Advise FIEs on acquiring land for projects which are subject to in-principal approval of the People’s Committee;
