Advised International Dairy Products JSC (IDP), in a significant investment deal of approximately USD100 million with Growtheum Capital Partners (GCP), a Singapore-based investment fund;
Acted as Vietnamese counsel for, and advised on, the acquisition of hotel portfolio with a total value of USD106.1 million, in which the prestigious hospitality properties in Vietnam includes Ibis Saigon South and Capri by Fraser;
Advised Lego on various corporate and commercial matters;
Advised H&M on various corporate and commercial matters, including opening stores subject to ENT;
Advised and assisted a reputable fund manager in Vietnam in legal due diligence and definitive agreements regarding the acquisition of multiple wind power projects with the total output capacity of 70MW in Dak Lak;
Advised and acted for Validus in the joint-venture deal with TTC Group and Do Ventures;
Advised and assisted SkyX Solar in conducting due diligence with respect to various rooftop solar power projects nationwide in respect of the deal with Sungrow Renewables;
Advised a 100% foreign-owned fintech company on its prospective entry into the Controlled testing mechanism for financial technology (Sandbox); assisted in reviewing and finalizing its risk prevention policy and other internal policies; and assisted in liaising with the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) to provide feedback on the draft Sandbox legislative documents;
Advised and assisted a UK-based education group on the investment in, and operation of, an international multi-level educational establishment (both secondary and primary) in HCMC;
Advised a Singapore-based cross-border money transfer and foreign exchange platform on market entry in Vietnam;
Assisted a Korea-based investor in conducting due diligence and drafting transactional documents with respect to a tourism real estate project in Dong Nai;
