Advised a Japanese real estate market leader on a mega infrastructure project connected to Ho Chi Minh City’s Metro line No 1;
Advised CJ Logistics on deal structuring and acquiring controlling stake in Gemadept;
Advised Tiki on legal matters regarding the procedure for increasing its capital by issuing new shares to foreign investors;
Advised foreign investors and supported them in conducting licensing procedures in other numerous acquisition deals in different industries such as FMCG, wholesales, retails, manufacture, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, healthcare, education, logistics and real estate business;
Advised Vietnamese and foreign investors on real estate transactions, including planning and land use, public and private partnership and property acquisitions;
Advised foreign owned enterprises and Vietnam based enterprises in respect of specialized sub-licenses, permits and approvals for corporate management matters including business licenses; retail outlet licenses; chemical and alcohol trading licenses; and labor-related registration.
Advised foreign investors on dissolution procedure, including real estate liquidation, licensing procedures and investment capital remittance out of Vietnam;
Advised a multinational corporation and Vietnam based enterprises on daily business transactions and corporate matters in respect of corporate governance, compliance and risk management, i.e. carrying out compliance check and internal investigation; elaborating ESOP.
