Represented owners of the largest polyester manufacturing plant in Vietnam in an ICC arbitration in Singapore against the contractor.
Represented the client (the Respondent) in its first major arbitration before Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) over construction contracts related to 7 disputes during the construction of an expressway project. The deal size is approximately USD 3.2m.
