Advised all three lenders on a VND 595 billion syndicated loan agreement to a state-owned enterprise to finance the development of a power plant.

Advised Vietcombank on a USD 204 million syndicated loan with three other banks to finance Gemalink Cai Mep, the largest deep-water sea port in Vietnam.

Advised SCB on a syndicated loan between SCB (Singapore), SCB (Hanoi) and SCB (Ho Chi Minh City) to finance Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park project.

Advised United Overseas Bank and OCBC on a USD 300 million syndicated loan agreement to PTSC Asia Pacific for development of a FPSO. Form: LMA.

Acted as a lead counsel for a bank in a USD 300 million bank guarantee.

Advised China Construction Bank (HCMC Branch) on a USD 73 million syndicated loan for the development of Hailide’s USD 150 million fiber textile complex in Tay Ninh (Vietnam).

Advised Vietcombank on an inter-creditor agreement with Credit Suisse Ag, Singapore to act as the local lender in Credit Suisse’s USD 250 million foreign loan to Nova Hospitality to finance real estate projects in Vietnam.

Advised Saigon Water Corporation on a syndicated loan agreement with Commerzbank and AKA Bank for a development of a water supply project in Ho Chi Minh City, guaranteed by Vietinbank and insured by Hermes export finance.

Advised PVCombank on a two-step loan facility agreement with China Development Bank (Guangxi Branch) for the purpose of sub-financing the projects of PVCombank’s clients.

Acted as a lead counsel for a bank in a project finance for an oil rig for PetroVietnam Drilling Overseas.
